Introduction to GauchoSpace workshops
Instructors wishing to integrate GauchoSpace into their courses for the first time are required to undertake a 90 min Introduction to Gauchospace workshop.
If you want your TA to assume responsibility for your GauchoSpace course site, please send a GauchoSpace help ticket requesting this arrangement. Indicate the TA's name, department, and UCSBNetID. Delegated TAs should only register for an instructors' Introductory workshop when they can access their course site with instructor level permissions.
Workshop Topics: managing your course site, adding labels, files and links to websites, communicating with your students.
- Workshops are limited to 10 instructors.
- All workshop will be held in Phelps 1514 (Seminar Room) unless otherwise noted.
- Please use the reservation form at the bottom of this page to RSVP.
DATES & REGISTRATION
Instructional Development offers Introduction to Gauchospace workshops in Weeks 1-3 and Weeks 8-10 as well as during Summer Sessions A and B. Upcoming workshop dates are listed here and in the online registration form. The LSIT Collaborate group offers mid-quarter workshops (Weeks 4 - 7).

Workshops for summer associates and instructors will be offered in Weeks 8-10 of Spring Quarter and in early June.

Drop-in Sessions for Instructors
Drop-in sessions, offered by the Collaborate Project team (College of Letters and Science), are for instructors who have already done the Introductory workshop. In Weeks 4-7 of every quarter, these times are also available for Introductory training. No RSVP is required.

Note: The Collaborate team will not be providing drop in hours for the week of March 26-30, 2012 (Spring Break).
