requesting & administering surveys
Most requests for ESCI surveys come from departmental ESCI Coordinators, but individual faculty members can request surveys. The instructions on the first link below are intended for Departmental ESCI Coordinators. The second link is intended for individual faculty members requesting surveys. The third link is to a guide of recommended practices for handling, administering, collecting and returning surveys to ID for processing.
Individual faculty members may request reprints of previous quarters' ESCI reports for specific courses (NOT surveys) directly through the ESCI office. Department chairs may request reports of ESCI results aggregated across multiple courses and/or quarters for previous quarters and years directly through the ESCI office.
